Chapter-6 : Hunted

In chapter 6 the other wes barely got out of jail for attempted murder because the bullets didn't hit any major organs , he only went to jail for 6 months. his best friend woody graduated high school and wes couldn't graduate because he was so far behind so his aunt gave him a choice to start working or go to school but wes had trouble finding a job with a criminal record so he told his auntie he was trying but really he was forming a crew that will protect him and he continued selling drugs and racked up $4,000 in a day but one he sold drugs to a sketchy man , then found out he was a under cover cop , wes was arrested for selling cocaine to a cop.
The author wes more he just finished military school and his life was changed he went from one of the most disruptive students to being well respected as he entered school again his grades improved and started receiving scholarships from colleges because his skills in basketball were really good , wes started experiencing racism and being harassed when he was walking with a fellow platoon sergeant some drunk teens where shouting racial slurs and even threw a bottle at wes , wes was angry and wanted to pull them out of there car but instead he calmed himself and ran back to his school campus.
This chapter relates to outliers because as the other wes barely getting out of jail he lacked willpower to look for a job when he knew he couldn't get one but he still could of tried but instead he gave up and started his drug business again and ended up getting arrested again. as for the author wes he gained willpower when he was angered by the drunk teens shouting racial comments but instead of fighting them he decided to avoid them and ran back to his campus with dalio a fellow platoon sergeant shows that the author has willpower to not go back to his old ways.
