In "The Other Wes Moore" Chapter 2 was about how both wes moore's found something or someone they can relate too. The other wes moore found a little boy named Woody , they were best friends and played in the same football team in school the other wes moore loved football but his academics declined as a result but one day he was playing pick up game of football but got a little rough with another guy and he punched wes in the face , wes ran home and got a kitchen knife to try to stab him but the police wa there to stop him , wes got arrested and so did woody.
For the the author wes moore he moved to the bronx with his grandparents but one day he snucked out to go play basketball with people more older but in that caged basketball court their was a bond , a sense of trust because in that court everybody told stories of their crimes , gangs, etc and found that place interesting and even made friends with some new people. This chapter relates to willpower in outliers because the other wes lacks willpower when he got punched by the other kid, he had no willpower to control himself because of what his brother tony taught him and that is to one up someone when in a situation and for the author wes moore he had a strong willpower because when he would get into a situation he would shake it off and apologize instead of retaliating back , he controls his anger. That's why it relates to outliers.
